The Heavy Duty Rotary Hoe model has 6 tines per flange system which gets maximum soil mix penetration and with a fully adjustable spring-loaded rear gate that controls soil mix and as providing a smooth finish result and there is no need to use other forms of leveling equipment to level the surface.
